I walked in , I sat down, Mr U Harris , asked 3 questions and before I knew it, he was shaking my hand and stating congratulations and I have a new vehicle Happy Birthday to me, Thank you Nissan of Lithia Springs.

I do business at this dealership primarily because I trust Curtis, service area associate. I feel he is good about discussing the service needed and proposed future needs. He keeps me informed about any delays and he has given me discounts on services.

Had a great experience getting my Nissan serviced. Sergio was the technician who worked on my vehicle and did an excellent job. Everything was diagnosed and repaired correctly, and my car has been running great since. Definitely appreciate the quality work!

My Nissan Rogue broke down on Windy Hill , AAA assist w/towing to Nissan of Marietta. The staff was very professional kind/ hearted with the heart of gold & hard workers (Especially Brandy McCoy, Brandon was AWESOME! & Jesse asst w/rental/loaner car... asst. w/ negotiating (warranty company) Ms.Terry gave me a ride to my hotel she was so kind, the sweetest lady I ever met. 5 stars for Joseph in the Service Department at Nissan Marietta! He was very attentive to my battery situation. I didn't have my invoice and he was still able to get everything under control for me. He was so friendly, accommodating, and generous with his time. Even without an appointment, service was pretty fast. I really appreciate him — highly recommend Nissan Marietta.
